Driving" without a license is not considered a "crime" a crime is a specific thing. it's known as corpus delicti and requires loss or injury. But if you fall for it or are entrapped in the corporate lie then it would be considered an infraction / violation of a city code. However, "traveling" without a license is a legally protected right. As long as you are not engaged in commerce like a cab driver or bus driver or operating a work vehicle, traveling is legal. if the right to travel is violated there are severe penalties for law enforcement officers, judges as well as their spouses. This is the law they didn't teach you in law school. You learn only what they wanted you to learn that's why you needed a license. It's a scam. Everybody above the age of 17 is their own lawyer.

I live on Federal Property and have never had a "Drivers" license in my 54 years of living. I was given a ticket for "Driving" without a license but wasn't told what federal statute I broke all they told me was that I went against state law. I was taken to federal court for a state matter? I think I have a law suite but I can not find a lawyer that will take my case or take it seriously. I don't think they have the jurisdiction but I don't think so. There is no signs anywhere that says federal or VA property. Veterans Administration Police.

My dad never had a licence in the UK I remember being chased by the police a few times and escaping but he never had one throughout his whole life he died 10 years ago ...he even ran businesses out of his vehicles

Hello, I’m 17 years old and was in a car accident earlier today. I was with my little sister who’s 9 in the car. The problem is I only had a Learners Permit. The police let me know if wasn’t at fault because it was the driver who ran the red light while I had a green one (there was an eye witness). I was issued a citation and I have court in a month. What do you think will happen? Will there be a fine? I made an appointment for a road test before the crash even happened so does that help? Thanks. I’m in the state of Georgia.

Can the Secretary of State issue you a license without you applying for one?
If an agreement is a contract, doesn't that make the drivers license agreement (DLA) or the drivers license compact, a contract between you and the state?
Why is it that no State vehicle code will define the word automobile in its titles and definitions section? Why does each State try to convince you that an automobile and a motor vehicle are one in the same? 18 usc 31(6)defines a motor vehicle.

If i rent a home depot van to make money and I hire an unlicensed driver I know doesn't have a license to drive the van and he damages it will he be responsible for the damages? P.S. Im in Michigan

The supreme court and lower court has ruled this year 2024, you do not need a driver's license to travel in your personal vehicle, you only need a driver's license if you travel in commerce, get paid to drive that's what commerce means .

I had car collision week ago I was driving by processional driving licence I didn’t know I have to get full licence to drive I just thought if I have finished everything with my car I felt I can drive it and officers caught me they gave me crime tiket what I will expect from court do you think they might block me or just panish me money thanks
