This explains a lot why there are people on the roads that drives like they don't know how to drive. They are driving thinking like her. "You don't need a license to drive a vehicle!" Then on top of it instead of her just doing what the office ask. She ended up having drugs and a warrant.

I’ve heard the opposing perspective on licenses. But it sounds like she didn’t simply disagree with the law. She straight up didn’t believe it was a law.
