GA, i really am grateful for all of your uploads. I hope your viewers are learning about being responsible drivers. That said, right off the bat, the man is a retired policeman being stopped. His excuses are really sad and is basically whats wrong with attitudes and how they view things regarding operating a motor vehicle. Asking for forgiveness and a break. It pains me to think how good things can be, but it won't change because there's too much people who don't have a vision.
