In this 30 Minute Ab Workout Burnout, I take you through multiple ab exercise targeting the rectus abdominis, the obliques, and the obliques! I burned 370 calories-can you beat my number? Can you last the whole workout without stopping?

Equipment I use:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145 lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Hey everyone!! I normally don't ask for anything, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin. YouTube shows that 48% of our daily viewers are NOT SUBSCRIBED to our channel (to put that into a better perspective, that's 210, 000 other people that are not subscribed which would put the channel around 450, 000 subscribers) and I know that a lot of you that have used my channel every single day for the past several months to year and a half aren't subscribed (I see it when you post your completion stories! lol). I’ve been doing this workout for 2 months and my abs are perfectly visible. My whole life I’ve had tummy fat but eating healthy and doing this workout everyday for 2 months changed that. Thank you so much! 😊

The way it hurts feels so good. I was actually sad when you said “last exercise” but my face visibly brightened when you added in a bonus round. I could do this all day - it hurts so good.

Wow I just did one of your upper body burnouts yesterday and today I can’t plank for more than 15 seconds! I can usually plank for a minute!
