Overcoming Anxiety: The Power of List-Making and Letting Go:
When feeling anxious or overwhelmed with too many things on your mind:

Make a List: Write down everything that's bothering you. This helps free up mental space and prevents your brain from constantly reminding you of those worries.

Evaluate the Problems: After listing everything, assess how serious they really are. Ask yourself, "Will this matter in five years?" Most of the time, it won't. Also, consider if they're just "first world problems"—small inconveniences in the grand scheme of things.

Create a Plan: For each issue on the list, make a simple plan to resolve it. Break tasks down and decide on specific steps you'll take to address them.

Destroy the List (Optional): If you're dealing with things that you can't control or if they are just worries with no action required, consider tearing up or burning the list. This can be symbolic of letting go. Alternatively, visualize the problems shrinking and disappearing as a mental exercise (from NLP).

By organizing your thoughts, you'll feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
