Great ab burn and chest resistance. Don’t have a bench, but a few pillows make a difference in the resistance when you come down. Thanks, Tom!

Toronto. Great workout! Really felt it in my ab muscles. Flys are hard due to injury but weightless on my right side is fine for now :)
