I love this channel because I have had a Traumatic Brain Injury about 3 years ago that left me in a coma for 16 days. I was having seizures about every 3-4 months. The seizures are very intense and leave me depressed for some time. I started this Keto journey April of 2020. I watch all of your videos. The knowledge you have taught me has helped an extreme amount and I have been able to share that knowledge with many of my best friends. The seizures have stopped for a Year now! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I wouldn’t be where I am with out you. Also the major benefit is I have attained the body composition I was working for the previous 18 years. I love this channel because about a year ago, I was on my way to an early grave, until I discovered Keto and the wonderful community it brings with it. I've been doing Keto Diet since July '19 and have lost 159lbs so far. Going from 410lbs to 251lbs. I've got 35-40lbs to go. I'm 6'5".

I started keto in April and have lost 36 lbs. I grew up in the generation that vilified fat. It was hard to convince my brain that 70-80% fat per day was not going to land me in the cardiac cath lab. But I had bloodwork done last month and my lipid profile was amazing. HDL was 61! Thomas, I started listening to you at my rope's end. I was 297 lbs., unhealthy weight, high blood pressure. Today, I'm down to 217, lost 80 lbs. and in the best shape of my life. My wife also did keto with me and she has lost 80 lbs. and is getting skin removal surgery. Thank you for all that you have done for us.

I started watching this channel to understand true keto 6 months ago, lost 40 lbs, dropped 20% body fat, but I hit a plato not losing weight recently. I keep dropping my body fat percentage though, which means I’m packing on muscle and losing fat at the same time. Going to the gym helps and I want to win Good Lovin’ Bars.

Husband and I started Keto in May and have been following your videos step by step. So grateful for all of your information and the ability to understand it easily! Not only have we lost a lot of weight but we feel amazing! My husband had a small cancerous growth growing in his neck a year after he got his thyroid taken out due to thyroid cancer. The doctors have been watching it for a few years now to make sure it hasn’t grown. If it did they’d have to do another risky surgery. I don’t know if it’s because of keto, starving his body of processed foods and sugar, or what ⁉️ but during his last checkup and scan his doctors had a very hard time finding the growth 🙌🏽🙏🏽💗. His doctors asked what he was doing and he told them Keto and they said keep it up and said he looks great! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕.

I love this channel because I am a biologist, and I have experimented a lot with fasting and keto. Thomas does a great job of covering all the angles of diet and metabolism, and keeps up to date with current scientific studies. He does a stellar job of getting into the scientific details, and he stays rather unbiased on things that other people may be defensive about. I want to win the good lovin' bar.

I lost my father last October due to heath issues. It was devastating, and my doctor told me if I don't loose weight and get healthier I would most Likely suffer the same problems he did. Thomas, wanted to send a thank you for the great instructions and tips your videos provide. As of today, I'm down 50 pounds and have never felt better! I'm a nurse and fought plantar fasciitis for over a decade. Two weeks into Keto and pain was gone from decreased inflammation. Half way to my goal of 100 pounds down and thanks to coaches like you, I know I will reach this goal. I WANT TO WIN THE GOOD LOVIN' BAR

This is close to explaining my experience. When I get deeper into ketosis I don’t feel hungry unless I’m stressed (like work.) when I eat, though, my appetite is strong. I’d bet this happens because gluconeogeneais stops and blood sugar moves downward.

Either way, eating more protein in the first meal and zero carbs is the best answer. I’ve been doing this recently, and it seems to work if I skip a day of eating or two.

I may switch to skipping Saturday and Wednesday, and doing resistance training Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, and taking MCT oil Tuesday night. This will keep my ketones up higher than they are now after three years in keto. Ketones are also important to me for chronic pain.

After being diagnosed with diabetes my sister-in-law suggested I try keto to help me stay off medication. I started doing my research and found your channel. I've been a faithful follower ever since. My doctor pushed me to do a vegan diet stating that that would fix my issue without having to go on metformin. I reluctantly followed his advice only to have my a1c hit 7.9. I immediately went on keto and my daily glucose readings have dropped between 100 and 110 and I can't wait to have my next blood work done to show my doctor that following a vegan diet is not for everyone. And BTW I want to win the Good Lovin' Bars

I love this channel because I did keto for a while and didn’t realize there was a right and wrong way to do it, that and intermittent fasting, don’t get me wrong, I had great results losing about 50 pounds, but when I found Thomas’ channel I found out the right way and felt SO MUCH BETTER! I want to win the good lovin bar because honestly everything Thomas recommends is wonderful and I would really love to try it.
