Did you ever make the Easter Slovak cheese? It’s made with eggs milk, a little bit of salt, cinnamon, and sugar or you can use Stevia. I use Stevia and you have to constantly stir it in the pot until the eggs turn like scrambled eggs and you get curds and wades and then you hang it for like three hours and then it comes out into like a ball Steel is delicious, they have a recipe online Slovak Easter cheese I always thought it was Hungarian Easter cheese
