I’m so tired of being constipated. I changed my ENTIRE diet, stopped eating bread, sweets, starchy foods about 3 weeks ago. I went from 201 to 185.4 and now my movements are a lot better.

Stretching definitely helps! The more we move- the more our bowels move. Drinking water ( with chia seeds), eating celery, taking probiotics, adding flaxseed to any meal and drinking warm water with ginger and honey after meals helps too!

Really, the body is amazing. Sometimes the body would automatically go into a fetus position. About this I now believe our body has what is a built in natural self-soothing, flexing, healing, resiliant & protecting mode. THE LORD THOUGHT OF IT ALL WHEN HE CREATED US.

For those actually here for relief, I didn't think it was working until I stretched my legs back straight and had a small bowel movement almost immediately. This would be unremarkable in not for the fact that I'd just had one less than an hour before...will report back with results as I try it more often.

Note: Chia Seeds and both organic bread and ACV in my water are staples in my daily diet, as well as a bowl of Cheerios with pecans and dark chocolate added.

Just buy a bucket or a potty stool to help you raise you knees. It puts you in a squatting position.

Lying on your left side facilitates gastric emptying. It makes sense that this left sided position would help with colon emptying as well. It is all connected.
