Diana, your recipe was my first attempt at fried chicken. My 18 year old son said it was the best thing that I've cooked so far...That's a big deal coming from a teenager! It was incredibly tasty if I do say so myself...Thanks for your video and the recipe!

This fried chicken looks amazing! My husband loves take-out fried chicken and I have yet to find a homemade recipe that he loves. I'll have to try this one, I think he may love it because of the double coating.

I’ve been frying chicken for years now. I always have a problem (unsure if it’s a real problem) of the blood seeping through. It looks like yours where you can see veins of leaked bloom that fried with the chicken. Is there a way to prevent this?
