2 cups milk of choice (cow, soy, almond, coconut), I used coconut milk
1-inch slice of fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder

1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground green cardamom
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee
1 -2 teaspoons of honey
take a cup in the morning or at night before going to bed!
may take it every day or 2-3 times a week.
CURCUMIN an active compound present in TURMERIC is better absorbed in the body when pepper is added & using turmeric with good fats absorbs more of it into the bloodstream
