How to reverse ARTERIAL PLAQUE buildup (part 1)

If you are hoping to reverse arterial plaque buildup with a low cholesterol diet, you are wasting your time. Arterial plaque does not form because you eat an extra egg for breakfast. It forms because of the presence of other factors in your life. Many of these factors you can control.

Arterial plaque forms in four stages. Cholesterol has to be modified by all four in order to become a cardiovascular problem. If any of the four stages aren’t completed arterial plaque can not form. How to disrupt these stages is the topic of the video.

Cholesterol is not bad. Until it passively factors into arterial plaque formation via:
1) it is oxidized as *accelerated* via excess oxidative stress
2) inflammation as measured by hsCRP >1 - avoid omega6 rich seed oils
3) macrophage formation
4) appearance of 'foam cells' - eat sulphur rich foods meats eggs, onion, garlic

In 2016 a Nobel Prize was awarded for studies in autophagy. Autophagy is invoked by dryfasting or soft dryfasting (some water to moderate the autophagy intensity). When the body is in autophagy it seeks, sequesters and enzymatically dis-assembles all bio-accumulated matter, including placque.
