I’ve been fasting for Autophagy for 3 years. As soon as I understood it I started fasting between 2and 5 days at least once a month. I’m 76 and feel better all the time. Note: I just had the best 5 day fast ever, I learned so much for it. I am excited that my brain is noticeably better than 4 years ago.

❤Dr, I have been fasting an average of
18-20 hours a day for
7 years. I have recently been diagnosed with
High LIPOPROTEIN a
and APOb.
When I had my Scan done I had ZERO PLAQUE in my arteries.
I truly believe it’s from fasting! Thank you 🙏🏼 So very much for sharing this! The confirmation is quite powerful and propelling

I’m 60 now and I’ve been on an IF regime to encourage autophagy for several months now and I’ve completely reversed two+ decades of high blood pressure and I would imagine, the clogged arteries like you’re describing here. My dad died with 7 stents and eventually a quad by-pass even though he was very active, ate “healthy” according to his docs, and was lean and muscular. I feel blessed to be alive during a time when these details about health are more widely understood. Thx. 😃

I was diagnosed with 3 clogged arteries and an aneurysm
I started on 2000 IU of vitamin C, 2000 of Lysine and 500 -1000 of proline
I added 2000 of chondroitin, every 6 -8 hours W/O any negative side effects.( most of these only stay in your system for 4-5 hours. So to get 24/7 benefits and avoid negative side effects… I then added glutathione normal dose and CoQ10, only Omega 3 .
I’ve been athletic, ate good .
Stress, sleep, diet teas, etc … got to my CAD
Fasting intermittent has been amazing
and eating fruits/vegetables, then protein, then carbs or once in a while treat has changed my arteries to 29% over the last 6 months.
I was at 70%, 59% and 45%
My Bad Dental implants were believed to be an ongoing I inflammatory problem that went to my heart
Covid stopped all specialists from testing and procedures
American Doctors never look at the connection between dental and heart and I personally believe due to medical insurance and not dental insurance is reversed in importance.
Self help with videos!!
Slowing down to a diet /intermittent fasting and sleeping is a lifestyle and life saving option
Thanks
Good luck and Thankyou for your videos

Thanks Doc. The Internet/YouTube is a wonderful place to share such information. It really broadens the knowledge of people and advances mankind slowly but surely. And content like this is so good! I do extended fasts because as I understand it autophagy also works on clearing out the misfolded proteins that cause some neurological disorders - albeit not as aggressively as elsewhere in the body. I’ve also been doing OMAD for about a month now so hopefully it’s helping to keep my brain in order.

What you people have to start covering with this autophagy and self-healing thing, is the extraordinary and absurd amounts of energy that courses through your veins once you have completely healed your body and what you're going to do with that excess energy. I thought about jumping up and slapping the moon out of orbit.

We never run out of "calories" (energy). We store over 50, 000 calories in our body fat, able to be converted to energy (ATP). Autophagy's main purpose is not making energy but cleansing of damaged old cells.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

Id be curious to see if they have ever taken someone with arterial plaque and fasted them for a good long period of time . Not omad. Im talking, no eating for a week to a month. Safely supervised. Then checked the arteries after to see if the body removed the plaque or calcium deposits.

I am a firm believer in this concept. I am using low carb/Keto and intermittent fasting toward these goals. Also helps with diabetes. The only problem I had was when I took a probiotic

73 years old with some coronary calcium CAC. Just wondering since calcium seals arterial damage (soft plaque) does the potential reduction of the plaque from the artery expose the original artery damage?

Your interesting talk has inspired me to get back to my regular fasting routine. I just need to learn how to mesh it with my weightlifting. I could be wrong but last I heard, it takes at least 72hrs of fasting to achieve autophagy.

Hope prolonged fasting will be tested, 7 days, 14 days, 30days, etc. Also for other chronic diseases
