All I have to say is FINALLY! A banana bread recipe, that's not too dense, not too crumbly, not too sweet, that rises beautifully, that cooks all the way through without burning on the bottom or the top. Only change was that I used yogurt instead of sour cream because I had none and used less sugar 3/4 cup). My family loved it! This recipe is a keeper! Thank you Mary!

it's like talking to a doctor about anatomy. it's like who would you rather deal with she's got this positive attitude and she'll say simple things like use parchment paper like this and you can just lift loads of bread right out of your pan just an obvious little trick like that she probably doesn't see it as a big deal changes everything it's a game changer. yes she's awesome
