Just made this and OMG, SO good, I did however add a teaspoon of vanilla and used a whole stick (1/2cup) of soft, salted sweet cream butter and 1/2 cup of olive oil, totaled a cup and it’s so dang GOOD - the other one I added chocolate chips to, and 🤞🏻🤞🏻 that it’s delicious like this one!!! Thanks so much for this EASY, and delicious recipe!!! It was my first try at baking - banana nut bread, and I may have made a huge mistake, everyone LOVES it and they’re gonna want it, ALL the time 🤣🤣🤣

I Watched this last night and made mine, I did use a stick of butter rather than the oil. It is delicious. Now I am making one for my daughter in law . Oh and I baked it in my oven combo. I need to Thank @iMatchEnergyLikeABoss for the added kindness of letting us know what temperature to use much appreciated.

Ive used this recipe multiple times now. I usually use 3 bananas & only bake for 50 minutes at 350. Im going to start baking for a hour at 325 in hope that it doesnt brown externally as much. I love the rustic look of the banana on top but it gets kinda funky after 24 hours. Regardless, my GO TO recipe!

Tried this, and it's so good! It's perfect! Moist and quite sweet but not too sweet. It's just amazing. Mine were black bananas, so the taste was so much more flavourful.
