It's not the laptop manufacturer. In Windows 11 you have to disable virtualization - to be able to use ThrottleStop and change voltage settings (one of the win 11 security tools prevent that - but it's based on virtualization - if disabled it works).

If throttlestop isn't working, try to disable memory integrity, search for core isolation in settings and restart the pc

I have the i7 8750h and i did the same but the first core is at 4.1 and the rest of them at 3.5 like you did... This will help a lot right? With no impact on the performance? Because if i undervolt the CPU core at -125 and i put the CPU cache on the same valor the pc crash.... If i put the CPU core at -125 and the CPU cache at.-6.8 the pc wont crash but if i put the CPU cache at -7.8 the pc And at this point i only change the clock speed
