Your Playstation controller might have this problem..

There are several ways to improve and fix this problem. First, is to attempt a hard reset on the controller. Then perform a thumbstick re-calibration. Thanks for the tip. I bought two controllers last fall and used them for barely a month and the drift problem started for both controllers. The reset button worked fine for one and for the other was the 30-5↩-5↪-30. Both controllers are back at 100. Test ran them on Outer Worlds. Now im not fighting against my guy running towards the left while looking up by himself. Cheers again!

My problem is whenever im playing a game my right stick just triggers and looks to the left without me even moving it and my character just looks to the left when it happens

Taking a controller apart is easy. Putting it back together where everything clicks perfectly into place is a challenge only the Gods can accomplish.

Finally after 7 years my controller finally is nearing the end. It been through so much but I am forever grateful for what I have been through with that controller! So many memories made🙂
