Grilled Chicken BETTER Than Sam the Cook’s! #easyrecipe

You’ve never had chicken SO juicy that only takes 3 ingredients!
Face it, we’re all soo busy these days. We want something easy that doesn’t use 100 expensive ingredients but we DON’T want to sacrifice on flavor.
That’s where my Grilled Ranch Chicken comes in. Literally 3 ingredients of which one is already the chicken!!
You can marinate it for up to 24 hours but even an hour will give you great results. The trick is in massaging the marinade into the meat for 3-5 minutes before letting it sit and finish smoking.
Massaging marinade into meat can help by increasing the surface area of the meat that comes into contact with the marinade, allowing for better flavor penetration and potentially more tenderization.
On this evening I didn’t want to bbq out in the rain so I cooked inside on my stove top using my grill pan. It made for great sear marks; just be sure to get it scorching hot before putting the chicken on and let it release on its own before flipping to avoid tearing off that lovely brown!
