I’m into fitness and eating relatively clean and this is a weekly staple. Yes, I eat the typical male meal of chicken and rice seemingly every other day but meal prepping is effortless and when you pull apart the chicken and take off the skin and any fat/cartilage it’s very clean food, healthy, good protein and the best of all, no prep and dirt cheap!!

Depends on the location. Sam’s by me has chickens that barely fit the container sometimes. They all vary in size. Also the color is just dependent on how long they leave it in. Basically, they’re the exact same aside from preference of seasoning.

The Sam’s chicken has better seasoning. They might be slightly smaller but they have more flavor.

Just a tip: I think it's best to compare different parts of the chicken. The legs and wings are almost always good, but sometimes the chicken breast can be dry and tasteless.
