I kinda like the gardening noise in the background. Reminds me that you guys are cooking outside and not some fake made for TV production.

Honestly, the gardening noise in the back adds a nice ambience to the video. Gives it that suburban neighborhood vibe.

I seriously can barely hear the mower. It's actually kind of nice to hear it. It's a summer sound. Don't worry about them. It doesn't effect the quality of your video at all! ❤️

You teaching is why I watch. I've been home cooking for over 25 years but I find that watching your techniques in the kitchen is serving me well. I tune in to watch your banter, see what you're making, but most importantly how you do things. At some point I will buy your Nakiri knife but it's not in the budget right now, but I keep eyeballing it very intensely!

Sam. I have to say. My husband has found your channel. Oh my god. So every time he decides to experiment with one of your recipes, I get told, “don’t worry honey. Just sit and relax. I’ll make dinner”
And I have. Never. Been. Disappointed.

So thankful I found your channel. My elderly mom got really sick in January and since my dad is disabled, I took over cooking daily meals to ensure they were eating good meals. I got in a rut for a while making the same things and then I found this channel - I made your spicy sweet rib recipe earlier this week and tried the pizza tonight- everything has been going over awesome! Thank you for your humor and friendliness- I’m grateful to learn new recipes from you and make cooking fun while learning once more. i love chicken, i love tacos, i love simple! Yummy, sam and max should trade places for a day, see how much max has learned (and a chance to use his beloved chicken breast) & give sam a chance at the camera, and jokes about cooking, would be super cool!!! love the channel ether way!

We can definitely hear the gardeners, but it's not overpowering, we hear you just fine, and I for one don't mind it, makes it more real-life. It's like the dynamic between you and your boys, I love how real your videos are.

I made these tonight and OH My GOODNESS! They were outstanding! The heat was perfect, not over powering and amazing flavor. This may have made me a chicken Thigh convert!!! I am so glad I found this channel because I now eat so well and never really want to go out any more. Thank you!

I've just made this for my family . it went down a treat. I used Sirachia as I struggled for Sambal in the UK but it was delicious. Keep up the great work Sam and the guys

I watch your stuff every chance I get. Hardly ever hear the gardeners. This was the loudest they’ve ever been but I think if I saw a video where you didn’t complain about the gardeners I’d be disappointed. You’re the man Sam. I’d drink/cook with you any day.
