Thanks to the pandemic though, we've had the time to reflect, introspect and realise that the primary reason we strive for our careers is so we can live a truly ""Fulfilled Life"".
And the impact of this much needed wakeup call was so huge that the after effects of it are being seen in the form of a great reset.
We are reeling through this era of ‘The Great Resignation’.
And this is a wake up call for each and every leader to evaluate their organisational culture.
