I would add another perspective, a cultural perspective - every country/culture has there own unique approaches to management (sometime they co-exists with the points raised in this video) and some are completely opposite. It's good to point this out in the beginning, because this video seems very American in it's approach (I have seems differently when I started to work in Europe)
