I'm pretty upset about your customer support.
About one and a half months ago I bought a lifetime license for one of your softwares.
The software itself is good and intuitive but I bought the wrong one. So I tried to contact you to get a refund (about one week after I bought it).
That didn't work because your support does not have an email. The "option" to get to chat with the support didn't work either.
It almost seems to me like your company doesn't even want to get customers to refund their products.
I paid about 120€ for this license!
