I found your channel recently and I LOVE that you provide TRUE beginners workouts AND that they are follow along - it's so annoying when a 'beginners' cali workout has like 'warm up with 10 pull ups' like bro?? 😅 My boyfriend and I are about to go traveling for a year and I have already been doing your beginners calisthenics videos - can't wait to take them on the road ☺☺☺☺ Will always be happy to see more on your channel! Hello Summer! I just finished my first ever calisthenics workout by following along this video and oh my god I have so mich to learn! I go to Gym for 6 months now but the last 30 minutes made me feel like I never went. But I'm even more motivated now. Thank you so much. (I subscribed of course)

This is a really incredible video, I find I try to do calisthenics videos and quickly realise how unfit I am and it's tricky to know where to start. This is amazing as a starting point and lots of build up through the warm up and easier steps - thank you so much!! :)
