How to Enable the Administrator Account & Boot in Safe Mode Windows 10 - Tutorial / Guide

This tutorial will show you the basics on how to turn on the administrator account in windows 10 along with how to log into safe mode.

Here is the command to enable the admin account:
net user administrator /active:yes

Here is the command to disable the admin account:
net user administrator /active:no

hey um I have the error called windows cannot access the files beacause I don't have the appropriate permissions and it wont let me run cmd as admin can I run cmd as admin in safe mode??

How am I supposed to get into run as administrator to do anything if when I type in CMD in search and then right click and select run as administrator it wants a password and I can't get into it? Therefore, this doesn't work for me because I can't get past it. I do not have a password for this stage or what they're asking for.

I'd like to know if there is a way that I can turn off this administrator account or whatever it's called so that I can get into this computer and keep it updated and make changes to it if necessary.

I really hate window 10, shit many problems using this OS. My laptop constantly not working properly and i really need restore system but this is crazy .spent many hours just trying to figure out what is going on.

Biggest problem is the new update MS did for chrome it effected Firefox and folks got an XML Parsing error MS knew what they were doing and admitted they don't want folks using Firefox talk about control freaks I think that Firefox should sell their browser for 1 penny then they can sue MS as it should have been done before 😜

Window 10 shit OS to run safe mode need a lot of step oh gosh, i just enable safe mode without administrator command, i need to restore system. Tried 3 times already first i didn't use safe mode but error my restore point not working now third time i use safe mode without administrator command i think i will need to try again with adm command what a shit OS. window 7 was easy micrisoft bankrupt soon.
