How to enable the administrator account in Windows 10

You can limit how much a user can do in Windows by switching on the built-in Administrator account, then downgrading the user's account to a standard user.

Hi I messed around with this and removed admin ownership from HDD.
How do I revert that back to original?
Wanted to place back the original admin, but it seems I can only do it with leaving "From this locatioN" as my computer. How do I solve that?
