I found a vitamin/ mineral brand that seems to have all these ingredients. Centrum 50+ minis for women to help boost immune system. 15$ for 60 on Amazon. Also have ones for men. Looked at many other brands but they all had some, but not all of vitamins/ minerals. Hope this helps. Thanks, Nurcha, love your advice.
