I take turmeric and magnesium everyday and I noticed over a course of a few weeks, I lost weight! I’m also diabetic and my blood sugar levels have been reduced significantly!!! I still incorporate exercise in this routine as well!

Was told that to reduce the stomach, be in bed asleep between the hours of 12:pm to seven Am each night. Thought yeah right, but when i did this along with cutting out sugar and gluten I began to lose inches quickly.

Thanks for mentioning adding K2 to my regimen when taking D3. My doc prescribed the D3 but did not mention the K2 relationship. Now I know what to ask on my next visit.

Great video, my favorite part is the at 13:31 about lifting weights and every pound of muscle you gain burns 35-50 calories each day. 10 lbs of muscle burns 350-500 calories each day and 3500 per week while resting! Wow! Great information! Ryan this part would be an excellent video Short.

I like the bit about hyper- and hypothyroidism. Believe or not, some people with hyperthyroidism (especially the mild forms) can sometimes get so hungry that they actually overeat and gain weight!
