The 3070 ti outperforms that 4060 ti in almost every application. The only edge the 4060 ti has over the 3070 ti is dlss 3.0. 3070 ti's can be found used for $350 - $400 depending on the card

4060ti is never worth it. Go 4060 or 4070 if you need nvidia for some reason (if buying new and at that price range)
