Whit 450 dollars on amazon i build a r3 3100 build whit 16gb ram 3200mhz, m2 ssd, b450m mtb and rx 6500xt for 450 €.. is a pretty good price

7900GRE is the value king for current gen cards! It's advertised as a 1440p card, but with an aggressive overclock, I'm able to get locked 120fps at 4k Ultra/High settings. For really demanding story games, I max almost every setting and drop the lock to 60/90fps.
Most people who have 4k monitors have either 60/120hz monitors, so anything more than the 7900GRE is a waste until 4k 240hz+ monitors become affordable.

7700xt, with tax around 425 it runs fn atax graphics at around 200fps
