I have been doing nordic curls for a long time now... Started with only the eccentrics but nowadays I can do 10 rep sets with pretty good form including the concentrics.
Is unreal how It strengthens your hamstrings. Very recommended for anyone. Really!!

Pd: be prepared for the soreness hahahah

I've seen another video where he said he doesn't like the stress this exercise puts on the tendon. Great exercise he's right about being warned up though. The pole on the negative helps with the excessive eccentric tension

actually the "wrong" version is the right one. leaning back is bad because of the anterior pelvic tilt. in this exercise you must keep posterior pelvic tilt for maximum hammstring and glute activation instead of back extensors.
