Thank God I can think for myself, because not using bar soap, a washcloth, or a loofa, is some bs. I use all three, and always get told how good I smell, and that I have such clear, soft skin.

And if you really think about it, Does soap bars and Loofahs really strip the skin of its natural oils?
Yes, it may take time for the skin to recuperate, but it doesn't really strip it off, because your skin has Sebaceous glands that's constantly replenishing the skin.

I thought lotion was a necessity. I've been using lotion for as long as I can remember. I'm shock that they're shock to know that they should use that much lotion, I've using much more than that shot glass recommendation, ever since.

I’m sorry, but I have an oily skin skin and I have keratosis pilaris so I will keep scrubbing my skin and replenishing it with an unscented lotion. Otherwise I’m just not clean.

Bruh i need to use bar soap bc i have allergies to shower gels(they make me so itchy) so I prefer to use natural soap bars and I use a loofah too or else i cant lather the soap and can’t exfoliate
