I go over how you can make a galaxy shader similar to some skins from Valorant or Fortnite. We use cubemaps and fresnel.

Is the Glow shown surrounding the character around the 7:30 mark a post-processing effect that's not part of your shader?

I saw a massive boomerang fly through the sky at night with the stars warping at the edges as it passed under them. This 😭🥲💜 I wonder if it can be used in stealth tech- at the time I imagined dozens of tiny screens displaying the image from above.

so is this how they made the stars in Paimon's cloth thingy in Genshin? I was thinking parallel mapping or something. this looks easier
