Good video, great info. Just not a huge fan of the same background music playing throughout. May I suggest that you try to let it fade out after the intro theme (from 0:48-100) if you make new videos in the future.

Hi :) Came here to find out more about IT job titles, it seems that level 3 support is more often called engineers, whereas, the level 1 people are called support analysts, service desk, or simply technical customer service. Thanks for your video; it would be great if you could add info about the salary bands for the roles.

so basically level 1 despite whatever the company never leave their desk and attend phone calls and solve tickets but what about level 3? It seems they also don't leave the desk but are responsible for the more technical stuff?
