How to prepare the perfect beef and vegetables jollof rice

Here's yet another great Ghana jollof rice recipe that is going to totally loved by anyone who eats it.

Ingredients
2 lb beef (chuck roast)
1.5 cups vegetable oil
15 oz frozen green beans, corn and pea blend
3 large onions
3 star anise
5 medium tomatoes
about 2 teaspoons Tones rosemary garlic seasoning
100 grams tomato paste
3 large red bell peppers
1 habanero
5 cubes of my all purpose seasoning
10- 12 cloves garlic
3 long branches fresh basil
3 bay leaves
1 seasoning cube
5 cups rice
4 cups water
2 teaspoons salt or to taste
