I cut out all of them and have only one latte a day. I also added more butter, beef, and collagen rich foods. I can see the improvements.

Iโ€™ve given up all those except for coffee. Coffee doesnโ€™t seem to have any real effects on my skin though. But Iโ€™ve been thinking of giving it up as well.

Hi! I came upon one of your videos on YouTube and started following you. On my last visits to the doctor my blood work showed that I was pre diabetic and my cholesterol was high as well as my blood pressure. My whole life I have been under weight to the point that doctors would check my thyroid function. Iโ€™m 52 years old and my current weight at this moment is 84 I have lost a lot of weight and at this point I have no idea on what to eat. Because besides the blood work showing all the things I just mentioned to you. I also have a thyroid nodule ( got a biopsy came back negative, thank God) but Iโ€™m under observation. As well My breast on my last mammogram something shows up so Iโ€™m under observation for that as well. I use to consume organic diary, after consuming for many years soy products because regular cow milk and dairy caused me to have severe acne in my mid twenties so when I changed to soy my skin cleared. But I developed or health problems such as a bleeding uterus fibroid many years and cyst on my breast. So I changed to organic cow milk. But now stoped the dairy products because it was affecting my breast noticed I had a constant pain on the one Breast that is under observation. Now Iโ€™m drinking almond milk I feel better the pain has gotten so much better. But now I see that almond is not good as well. At this point I donโ€™t know what to eat. Most things contain wheat and wheat is not good for thyroid, soy. It really has become a challenge to eat know what to eat and be healthy. Thank you

Would you say the same about skincare? A lot of skincare contains soy. I have several food allergies: wheat/oat (gluten), soy and all it derivatives; tofu, natto etc, diary (milk protein it self), almonds and peanuts. They say that if you are allergic orally, to be safe donโ€™t put it topically on your skin eitherโ€ฆ omg I also have Cushing Syndrome due to Cortisol (Cortison here in Norway) shots. Didnโ€™t know coffeine could leas to the same๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿคญ
