I started to change my routines after reading "The 23 Former Doctor Truths". No wonder Doctor left her career.

I started eating better a couple months ago and my entire family told me my skin was so much clearer and healthier looking. Then I went on vacation and ate pastries for two weeks and undid all of it. But it does work

The only times in my life I didn't suffer from adult acne was when I quit sugar and processed foods entirely (so going rogue with it à la I Quit Sugar with Sarah Wilson), eating 5 handfuls of veggies/fruit per day AND being pregnant!
I might start with those 5 handfuls again, but definitely will leave out the rest...

Nuts and nuts are good for the body in so many ways are lost to older people or those who have lost their teeth. The best way is to pulverize the nuts and use them in flour for pancakes and muffins. Soaking and baking them while in the liquid can also help soften them. With Almonds and Walnuts, making the milk from those nuts is not a difficult process!
In other Countries, genes play a major role in their facial skin. The indigenous Reindeer herding people have the most beautiful faces at 80 years old!

Im wfpb vegan, for planet (climat change), for health, reduce chronic illness, to fight antibiotic resistance, for longevity, for animals…. And I look miles younger than my same age friends! Even their kids ask if I’m younger when I’m older by 3 years. Haha.

Interesting. Just today I ate a big bowl of orange soup, made of carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes. I swear now in the evening, my skin looks plumper and better. Maybe there is something there….

Ask east and south east asians. Or observe their diet and lifestyle. Has plenty of seafood anything to do with it? Majority of them are surrounded by oceans.

I go hiking a lot each week, usually 4-6 hours each time. Sweating a lot will really clear up your skin

Too bad they've poisoned everything that you're recommended to eat.

I think it's good we have research being done, but I think we all know that sport, sleep and healthy unprocessed foods are the key to everything health related

If the cosmetic effect depends so much on the exact quantity eaten, I don’t really think the effect is that reliable
Eat mango for other reasons

Ha.. I knew it. Even fruits are good for us but it's kinda bad if they high in sugar (like mango) when it's consumed too much. So basically sugar speeds up the ageing.
