Here are a few tips to help you make more informed choices when purchasing whole milk yogurt:

1️⃣ Read the ingredients: Take a moment to carefully examine the label and ingredients list. Whole milk yogurt should ideally have just two main ingredients: milk and live active cultures. If you notice additional additives or unfamiliar substances, it may be a red flag.

2️⃣ Check the consistency: While variations in texture can occur, be mindful of excessively watery yogurt. Whole milk yogurt is known for its rich, thick consistency, and any significant deviation from that could indicate watering down.

3️⃣ Look for reputable brands: Stick to well-established, reputable brands with a track record of quality. Companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency are less likely to engage in deceptive practices.

4️⃣ Consumer reviews: Before making a purchase, consider reading reviews from other consumers. Their experiences can provide valuable insights and help you avoid products that have been flagged for watering down.

Stay vigilant, stay informed, and enjoy your yogurt with confidence! 🥛🍨✨

That said, there’s no need for skim milk in dairy unless it’s a container of skim milk!
KerryGold butter, unsalted is now adding skim milk, *powder* no less, AND cultures. It’s to “flavor” it. It’s not culturing the butter. Imo it’s an excitotoxin.
I use Maple Hill Farm butter & kefir. Terrible prices but fantastic dairy.

I love Seven Stars when I don't have our homemade yogurt, which is rare.

I love this. I just ate some today. I mixed up chocolate cocoa without sugar and made it like a frozen yogurt. I stuck it in the freezer for about three hours. It was so good.

I thought the purpose of yogurt was strains of probiotics, I can get fat from anywhere lol.

I get Nancys due to their 12 strains. Others have 4-5. Also the grassfedness is beneficial.
Any thoughts on gf 12 strains vs. less strains & only organic? Thx:)

The nonfat milk is used to thicken it. I'm not saying that is okay, just what I've been told by yogurt makers. It's not "watered down."

I don't care for Nancy's yogurt brand... it's slimy and tastes nasty.

Sorry - this is incorrect info. The serving size is different for each yogurt. You can’t compare the numbers 1 to 1. You have to equivalents the serving size first.
