Here is an strange little note: I have an 90 year old aunt who lives on a farm and only drinks the milk she gets directly from her cows along with food she produces herself. She is still healthy and wakes up every morning for work at 6am and she zero health issues

Lots of "I think", too many anecdotes, no science, not enough counter data, too superficial. Good to watch this type of "expert" as it teaches you to look deeper.

Careful whit the expertise offered. When he talks about hormones in milk it's not applicable to all markets (countries) . As an example the US allows hormonal treatment of dairy cows, Canada doesn't.

I live in London and have always simply just bought milk from the local shop, but once I found about that dangers of all of this processed milk, I decided to buy my own cow that now lives in a room in my flat, and it has been a great way to be able to drink raw milk that is unprocessed! It's so much healthier and my life has improved monumentally. Raw milk for the win!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I hear that American milk is processed differently to British milk for example - so do his references refer to all cows milk globally? Or specific processes in certain countries?

Also, I enjoy your podcasts, but I don't see a clear reference list of every study your guests cite. If you are going to promote particular claims, please cite all sources :)

Milk and RAW Milk are not the same. I'm wondering why he didn't delve into that deeper.

No causative links were cited here. "Skim milk causes weight gain." No, excess calories cause weight gain. It's things like that which make me shake my head and disregard. I'm fed up with being told half-truths by people who either want to sell me something or scare me away from it.

Yey! Finally, they say intermediate fasting is good for you. All my life, I never was a breakfast person. My first food intake was around noon. I don't feel starving at all, I eat what I please, although my cravings go out for fresh food, never processed. I grew up in a country where pretty much all food was fresh and organic, to have salamy, candy, or cake, those items we could see maybe once or twice a year, we didn't have any potato chips either. So I don't hv any desire for snack junk food. I'm 45, I'm in good body shape, no injections or sergery ppl tell me I look from late 20s to mid 30s never my age. So maybe something to intermittent fasting interval between dinner and breakfast usualy 16 hours

I was raised in milk, absolutely abused my body in sports, never broken a bone.

I have a question. I noticed that milk has a longer fridge life than usual . It now takes weeks before it goes bad and it doesn't really smell. Did they add new new preservative ?
