That's because cows are overwhelmingly part grain fed. This is what increases the phosphorus to calcium ratio. However an entirely grass/silage fed cow has a higher ratio of calcium to phosphorus

I drank milk for most of my life then gave it up for five years as I changed to a cleaner diet. Recently I went back to drinking Kaloona Whole Milk, non- homo, low heat pasturized for about 6 months now. Results- well so far I feel much stronger, sleep better and my hair looks amazing full thick and good color, finger and toes nails look better. I had blood work done and spoke to my doctor about it then he chuckled told me to keep it up that I'm as healthy as a horse. By the way I'm almost 60 years old, Milk did this body good!!

I drink warm organic milk with pinches of turmeric, black pepper and nutmdg to help me sleep. Better than taking sleeping pills. Plus, this routine warms my heart.

In Finland milk producers add vitamin K2 to milk to help metabolism of calcium.

I don't miss the prolonged colds, sinus infections, joint pain from milk/dairy. I would like to know if whey is a problem.

I was fortunate enough to live in an age when raw milk was available and our local farm delivered fresh full cream raw milk. Wonderful stuff.

I love creamery goods, including milk. :-) The one thing I've learned to avoid is too much ice cream, because of sugar.

Need more information about the drugs given to cows and how much that is in milk and what the effects those have on the body.

Dr. Lustig has always provided a wealth of information. Great video! I'll be checking out the full interview too. I can't have casein at all since its make-up is too similar to myelin, the protective nerve coating. (causes the immune system in MS patients to go after the casein and move on to the myelin.)

I fixed my joints in a few months consuming raw dairy. HUGE difference between pasteurized milk and raw grass fed dairy.
