I completely agree the only thing is, some of the energy drinks can cause heart problems over long times. I know that pre workout will give you less of a risk of having those problems…….

I take Icy Blue Razz C4 every morning before the gym. I love the tingles, and it pumps me the fuck up before I get to the gym. Only downside is that those rare times I forget my preworkout it’s very demotivating.

Recently started using a preworkout with beta alanine and wow, the tingling sensation you get from the beta alanine gives me so much drive its crazy
(I use the strawberry lemonade beyond raw lit preworkout. Highly recommend, taste is amazing, amazing pump, and its not chalky like many others i have tried)

I use C4 original pre-workout. I only drink water and have good sleep everyday so I rarely feel the need to take caffeine and half a scoop is always more than enough for energy to get me through long workouts lol. Have some friends scooping 5 spoons of pre-workout just to get some energy out of it and it's just clowning at that point ;P

Pre workout but i only take it on leg+pull sessions so twice a week because i only want it for my squats, deadlifts and hack squats and it helps me concentrate on feeling the muscles because of the pump i get from it. Ive used a monster before a workout it did nothing for me as i used to drink a high amount of caffeine. i use darkside pre workout and reason i dont use every workout is because i can sometimes not sleep the night i use it

Energy drinks are far better, especially if you're doing endurance based workouts.

The first time I ever had pre-work out, it felt like I was on drugs. Didn't exercise, I just tried it.

It definitely works.
I havnt tried it since, I didn't like the feeling, but if it helps
