I don’t get gas with beans if I eat one serving. And a serving is a half cup cooked beans. Then I eat a green and yellow veggie and some kind of starch like potatoes or rice or whole grained bread, etc. Otherwise the beans could be a terrible problem for me.

Can you tell me what kind of lentils you used to make this. I am new to plant based eating. My husband has heart issues and his doctor has recommended this diet. I know nothing about lentils but this looks so good and I want to try it.

These are all Indian recipes modified for convenience.. nice job .. better to put fresh tomato puree instead of store bought tomato sauce ..so much more u can do to make it taste its best.. it’s the most liked dish by Indian vegetarians.. Rajmah chawal 😊
