Dr Peterson sir, if I ever bump into you in the UK,  I will buy you a pint for sure.

Prof. Peterson, from what I have observed, you do not think so much of yourself as you do consider the situation or topic at hand. This indicates to me that you seek truth above most other things; that you desire what is healthy beyond a mere image.

Seeing such qualities, I cannot help but respect them and yourself. Thank you for being honest and pursuing that honesty in a time where such qualities are very rare to find.

The danger of any pundit getting popular is that they'll end up performing for their fans, and will start tailoring their thoughts to what they think their audience wants to hear, rather than what they think is true and important. I doubt Peterson is in any danger of doing this.

You're a brave and humble man Prof Peterson and you're voice is very much needed in today's ego driven, biased media and self interested world. Hope your fan base grows and more people open their minds to honesty, integrity and probing thought. Many thanks for your contributions.

Those of us who are older are so grateful that this man has risen up out of the quagmire to finally speak the truth that so many of us would like to say.

I've started following Jordan Peterson. He makes no apologies for speaking what he believes is truth. He asks alot of good questions and backs up his statements with data where he can. I have seen enough to know where he's coming from and I think he is succeeding in being what I call a good person.

I love his reaction to the first question. So human. He never tries to hide that he is flawed. Love this guy

I like the way Dr. Peterson speaks ("motor mouth") and of course what he says. I'm a big fan. 😄

Jordan appears to be someone who isn't all that concerned about having fans or not. Rather, he wants to make people think, what they take away from it, is their business, as he'd done his best effort to put forth his rational. I like listening to this guy - he's a really good balance to the outrageous PC world we live in these days.

He wants to be taken seriously, but knows it's his job to bring the best arguments, data, and evidence. He seems to fear he might not always be perfect in his commentary, but works to be.

"Don't start up again. Or, if you do, make sure you quit again." Classic.

I am not so certain that people are "star struck" as much as they are thankful. You have validated their intuitive understanding. You have articulated what they have felt innately but were struggling to figure out. They KNEW they were being spoon fed lies by the culture but were at a loss as how to respond. You have, as you said, "raised their status" because now they can form concrete ideas where they only had feelings before. They are happy and grateful, not so much star struck. But I certainly would ask for your autograph if I saw you! haha

You are unbelievably courageous and I wish I had 50% of this courage and drive to not accept lies and injustice

i would think most of his fans arent as much fanatics as they are just appreciative and thankful for what hes doing for people and themselves. no one is perfect, and that includes jp. i think people are more fanatical about the information and wisdom he provides than the man himself. i know i myself am thankful for jp and people like him. and theres nothing wrong with being a fan as long as youre not too zealous about it.

all Dr. Jordan needs is a fireplace in the background, and a cushion leather chair, microphone somewhere close, and some Mozart/Beethoven background music...some kind of smoke pipe that's not smoke...and answer meaningful questions all day.

This might be perceived as a trite comment but Petterson usually comes across as kind of cross. I mean he doesn't pepper his orations with humour - but I think his seriousness speaks to his commitment; he's not chasing fame, I think it has been a side-effect of his great videos and the fact he has gargantuan balls of steel to come out and really try to properly address that whole Canadian human rights charter issue that brought him to a lot of people's attention. Much like my Dad who I adore and respect so much I don't think Petterson has much time for fucking about, there are bigger fish to fry than getting likes. I like that his fame is a side effect of his abilities, that's how it used to be - the fame used to come after the talent. Now fame seems to come first, then you shoehorn some reality TV show nonsense in to underpin it.

I had a dream last night i was being given a tour of Dr. Petersons house. It was an awesome dream. It is interesting for me to ponder whether id be star struck if i saw him in public. i just respect him and what he has articulated so much. Id be overwhelmed with what to even say!

It gives me hope in the modern day that intellectuals can become famous for being intellectuals.

You're doing all right matey! I really wouldn't respond to such an observation, second hand or otherwise.
