I thought the flavor would be just so so because there is no milk and no egg that added in.

Bincy, what can I say? Excellent bread. Made this today. When I took it out of the oven husband said 'That is one impressive looking loaf of bread'. Then when it had cooled down completely, we tried it. Absolutely soft and fluffy - and the taste is wonderful. I followed your recipe/video instructions to the letter, and everything worked out beautifully. Didn't have to add any flour or water - dough kneaded without a hitch - and it passed the window-pane test with flying colors. A million thanks - you deserve a medal.

Made it and came amazing. First time making bread. 170 c for 35 minutes. Measured everything using weighing than cups. Normal kneading for 8 minutes and after few minutes another minute. Waited for an hour and it doubled. Then did again as per video. Amazing soft bread. Wife and kid saying no more outside bread.:). I think more satisfying and tastier. Thanks Bincy.

Tried this recipe and it worked like a dream. I used bread flour and also added a half cup of wheat bran to the mix. I doubled the recipe but because of adding the whean bran I used two cups of water instead. Great stuff....
