Love your channel Sam! Would be awesome to have some breakdowns of individual moves in your videos. esp things to make the movement quality most efficient and things to make sure I avoid doing. Would be down to purchase content from you if you ever made anything longer form 🤙

It would be better if you did the drills for the full ten minutes and the viewer could simply follow along....opposed to showing all of the drills consecutively and leaving it to the viewer to do it on their own. Awesome stuff though.
