also that’s the wrong uniform she’s wearing, up until you reach black belt your collar cannot be red and black or black, it has to be white, only when you reach black belt (and you’re under 15) you wear the red and black collar, if you’re over 15 you wear the black one.

A lot of things that make her ordinary

1. The instructor with his sheer strength is holding the board in such a way that even a three yr old can hit it
2.The board is paper thin as well which means u can break it easily.

It is a good age to start their martial arts journey and it is ok to praise them but please be mindful of ppl who don’t know what was actually happening in there😊

I’ve done taekwondo before and the boards are usually made to be weak during tests it’s not a strength test it’s really just splitting the board for some reason I have no idea if she was kicking a real solid wooden board (not taekwondo test board) her weight would be too light for it to be break
