In this video, we're going to talk about how to reduce bloating quickly. 

How to get rid of bloating fast:
1. Acupressure 
Massaging the gallbladder and pancreas can help reduce bloating. 

2. Avoid grains, sugar, and starches
Gluten is a big culprit behind bloating. Combining sugar with protein or fat with sugar can also cause a lot of bloating. 

3. Increase the acid in your stomach

I feel embarrassed to see rude comments when the doctor is so sobre, decent, classy a gentleman. Why would you leave rude comments on his video? Just to make things clear when people start talking about fart and other unpleasant things. We could use more polite words.

I had been bloating all the time. whatever I ate I always got bloated. the only time it's gone was when I woke up or when I fast.I've been eating healthy foods, doing fasting, drink ACV etc. while many aspect of my health has changed for the better, the bloating part not so much. It all started getting better only after I practice "eat when you hungry and STOP before you full" For the first time since God knows how long I finally have a flatter stomach and the bloating has been reduced so much.

I have found that as I practice intermittent fasting, I no longer experience bloating. what I thought was my "being more fat" was actually bloating. intermittent fasting ended instances of bloating for me.
