SHE has not yet felt like you have truly apologized.

If she had to ask you to apologize...if you have never come to her on your own to share with her how yOU realize it was wrong, and that you feel guilty at the hurt you caused her.. and that you aRE sorry that you did it, and that you really want to never do that again....
Then ... TheN she can begin to 'forget' it.
(But it doesn't count if she has to remind you that it happened)
