If you know you have one hip that is higher than the other, or a tight SIJ, or low back pain, try this exercise and see if you have pelvic symmetry. Is one side tighter than the other? Can one side just not move as well or at all? Keep practicing it to improve this motion. Do no let your hips rotate!
