Good video. Helped me install three. However, neither you nor the manual covers re-handing the lock!

One would not unlock or lock from the outside but would beep 5-times, indicating an obstruction. Thinking I'd done something wrong, I disassembled and reassembled twice. Same thing. Then I noticed a re-handing code in the manual, not discussed but buried in the coding chart: [Set Button] + 0 + [Lock].

That's an hour of frustration that I'd like back.

I just bought this lock and at 4:11 the mounting screws that came with the product doesn’t screw into the mounting bracket…… annoyed now I gotta go return this because I was close to completing the installation. Horrible.

Hello, how do I pair this lock to the app so I can lock/unlock thru my iPhone?

I installed this on my front where the dead bolt was right to left to lock it. I reinstalled it on my back door where the dead bolt is left to right to lock it. Now when I punch in my user code the door locks instead of unlocking. I’ve tried resetting to default but that does not help and I’m back to the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
